Exotic Clitoria Blue Vanilla Extract

The flower only grows in tropical regions, but can be purchased online in dried or powdered form, making it an easy lift for professional or home use. 

Recipe Ingredients
250 ml Mineral Water
1 liter Clear Glass Bottle
5 Petals of Clitoria Flowers
5 pcs Organic Vanilla Bean
600 ml of Vegetable Glycerin Food Grade

Boil clitoria in the water until it looks boiling and change color, more flower will more blue. Cut across the sides of the vanilla bean then put it with clitoria flowers. Wait for it to cool, and move the water to a glass bottle include clitoria flower and vanilla bean, add vegetable glycerin. Close the bottle and shake it first before storing in a dark place away from sunlight. Exotic Clitoria Blue Vanilla Extract without alcohol is ready to be part of the recipe after 1 to 2 months of storage.
